Being able to take links from trusted sites links MangaReader and turn them into your private collection through a seamless, ad-free interface is par none. The only thing that could possible make this app any better is being able to download Manga to view off line and MangaStorm having its own database of every manga ever, which is almost unreasonable for a free app.
